西方民族是个理性的民族,苏格拉底通过自己的悲剧使理性成了西方人生活的普遍原则,在经过中世纪的冬眠后,理性开始了塑造人类社会和自然世界的浩大工程,理性和知识成了“力”的代名词,人类借助理性和知识开始了探索和征服世界的艰苦战役,但人在展现自身“质”的丰富性而对自然进行随心所欲的征服时,自然却施暴力于人类并导向非人化的虚无,人性的复归在于担当起命定的生命重量。

The Occidental nations are ones which are rational,and Socrates through his own tragedy has made rationality a universal principle for the Western life.After the winter spleep of Middle Ages,rationality begins the huge project of shaping the human society and the natural world,hence rationality and knowledge becoming a synonym for"power",and man with the help of rationality and knowlege starts the arduous campain to explore and conquer the world.But during the time when man displays the richness in the"essence"of himself in conquering the world having his own way,nature exerts violence on the mankind and this leads to impersonalized nothingness;the coming back of human nature consists in bearing the destined weight of life.
