| Abstract: | This paper makes a brief analysis on the elements of quality control of academic journals in colleges and universities, and tries to find the way of improving the quality of the journals. To achieve a multiplier effect, the paper discusses the key and nonkey works of quality control of academic journals in colleges and universities from a philosophical point of view, the whole and the local works as well as the fast and the slow works in the dialectical relationship of academic journals in colleges and universities . |
