我国高校教师发展研究现状与进展分析

摘    要:采用文献分析法对CNKI中有关高校教师发展研究的相关文献进行了统计分析,结果表明:目前,我国的高校教师发展研究在研究方法上偏重逻辑思辨研究;研究领域上偏重于学术研究;研究焦点上偏重于对国外研究状况的介绍和解读。建议相关研究关注我国高校教师发展现状、发展需求和适合本国国情的理论与实践研究,进而引导教师发展实践稳定而有效地进行。

Abstract:In this study,the literature analysis is used to analyze relating literature about research of the faculty development in CNKI.The result of the analysis shows that: at present,the research methods in the research of the faculty development emphasize on philosophy dialectic approach;the research fields emphasize on academic research;and the research focus emphasizes on the presentation and interpretation of the status of the research abroad.It is recommended that the relevant researches focus on the status of the faculty development in China,the requirements of the development and the theoretical and practical researches that are appropriate to the status of China.So that the faculty development practice can be led to advance steadily and effectively.
