| 摘 要： | 音乐教师教育课程改革的出发点要突出音乐的文化特征，而音乐文化理论、技术训练是达到这一目的的两种必不可少的手段。高师培养的目标是基础音乐教育师资，培养的学生不仅应具有对音乐的基本理解能力，而且应掌握基本的音乐技能技巧，使其成为一个全面的文化人。
