| Abstract: | Round-Beipu-Gulf Area is the region where Zhuang people live in compact communities.By probing into the three fields of catering culture,the article takes up re- search on catering culture of Zhuang people living in Round-Beipu-Gulf Area with the view to exploring the transformation of Zhuang ethnic catering culture. |
