关于提高高职学生就业率的思考

目前，我国劳动力市场高级职业技术人员严重缺乏。而高职毕业生却出现就业率低的现象。分析其原因，还是培养人才方面存在问题。作为培养高级技工的高职院校必须面向社会，根据企业需求，转变观念，不断进行教学改革，才能培养出生产、管理、服务一线的急需“实用型”技能人才，从而提高高职学生就业率。
