有氧健身操练习对女大学生体质、焦虑和心境的影响

摘    要:采用有氧健身操练习指导32位普通女大学生进行15周的练习,并测定比较了其练习前后的体重、体脂、脉搏、肺活量、坐位体前屈、台阶指数、特质焦虑和心境等8项指标、研究结果表明,除体重和脉搏外,受试练习后上述各指标值都出现了积极的变化。有氧健身操练习对增强女大学生的体质,提高其身心健康水平有着积极的作用有氧健身操练习可以减少女大学生的体脂,增大肺活量,增强心肺功能,提高其柔韧素质,降低焦虑水平,改善她们的心境状态。

Abstract:Female undergraduates were guided to take Aerobic exercise for 15 weeks and were tested with 8 indexes such as weight, body fattiness, pulse, vital capacity, trunk bending forwards while sitting, suitable stair index, trait anxiety and mood The results showed that after the exercise except weight and pulse, the other indexes were changed positively It was con concluded aerobic exercise might be are helpful way to improve the fitness and mood of female undergraduates That is to say, the exercise for Aerobic exercise can reduce the body fattiness of the female undergraduates, enhance vital capacity, function of heart and lung, strengthen flexibility and balance, reduce level of trait anxiety and improve their mood state
