| 摘 要： | 合伙律师事务所运行中存在缺少专职的高级管理人才、缺乏发展基金、律师与律师事务所关系松散等问题,构建合伙律师事务所长效发展机制必须从完善律师保障机制、加强律师素质教育和建立律师执业监督机制等方面着手,发挥律师在构建和谐社会中的职能。

| Abstract: | In partnership law firm,there are many problems ranging from lack of advanced management and funds and the slack relationship between the office and its lawyers.The establishment of the effective mechanism should be based on the improvement of the lawyer's security system and the reinforcement of the lawyer's quality and the supervising system for lawyers so that the function of establishing harmonious society will be exerted. |
