促进新教师成长发展的几点策略

影响新教师成长发展的因素既有教师的个人内部因素,也有社会、学校、文化等外部环境的影响。在探讨促进新教师成长发展的策略时,应充分考虑到这些影响因素,才能更有针对性,也才能更有效。因此,提出促进新教师成长发展的四条策略:1.充分发挥新教师个人的主动性和积极性;2.改革现有的教师实习、见习制度;3.加强教育行政部门对新教师成长的指导和干预;4.合理利用校本培训资源促进教师成长发展。

The Strategies for the Development of the Novice Teachers

Not only the novice teachers' personalities can have an influence on their development,but also the environment such as society,school and culture can have an influence.Therefore while formulating the strategy that promotes the novice teachers' development,we should consider these factors fully so that it will be more specific and more effective.The author puts forward four strategies for the development of the novice teachers:(1) Develop the enthusiasm and the initialization of an individual novice teacher fully.(2) Reform the existing system of teaching practice.(3) Strengthen the intervention and guidance of the growing of the novice teachers.(4) Promote the novice teachers' development by the means of the school-based training.
