高校反腐倡廉制度建设的现状与思考

制度建设作为反腐倡廉建设的重要组成部分,是从源头上预防腐败的重要保证。近年来,高校反腐倡廉制度建设取得了一定的成效,主要表现在制度建设的进程明显加快、内涵不断深化、外延逐步扩大、质量不断提高、体系逐步完善、效果日趋显现等方面,但也还存在着一些问题,如高校反腐倡廉制度体系有待进一步集成、质量有待进一步提高、内容有待进一步完善、落实有待进一步到位等。因此,在高校反腐倡廉制度建设过程中,应注重制度建设与制度集成、制度建设与有效预防、制度建设与贯彻执行的有机结合。
