摘 要: | 为给航行中船舶防避热带气旋提供参考,利用西北太平洋1977—2018年的热带气旋资料,分别统计分析了热带气旋近中心最大平均风速、10级和7级大风圈的半径、10级和7级大风圈最大半径的偏向以及10级和7级大风圈半径与热带气旋强度的关系。在此基础上,提出一种综合考虑大风范围和位置预报误差的船舶避离热带气旋的方法,并举实例加以说明,为船舶防避热带气旋提供一种思路。

Statistical characteristics of tropical cyclone gale circle in Northwest Pacific and a method for ships to avoid tropical cyclones |

Abstract: | In order to provide reference for ships in navigation to avoid tropical cyclones, using the data of tropical cyclones in the Northwest Pacific from 1977 to 2018, the maximum mean wind speed near the centers of tropical cyclones, the radii of the gale circles of 10 and 7 levels, the deviation of the maximum radius of the gale circles of 10 and 7 levels, and the relationship between the radii of the gale circles of 10 and 7 levels and the intensity of tropical cyclones are analyzed, respectively. On this basis, a method for ships to avoid tropical cyclones is proposed, where the range of gale and the error of position forecast are considered synthetically. An example is given to illustrate this method, which provides a method for ships to avoid tropical cyclones. |
