| 摘 要： | "2009年广播电视大学系统校长高级研修班"于3月在香港大学举行.在全球面临金融海啸冲击的形势下,研修班探讨了以下主题:全球金融危机下继续教育的发展机遇及对策;国际视野中高等教育的管理和改革;国际远程教育的发展和趋势;国际网上教学的理念与实践;香港继续教育的质量保证机制;香港远程教育的办学理念和实践;香港的职业教育和培训.为把学术研讨和实地考察有机结合,这次研修班组织参加者考察了香港的继续教育、远程教育及职业教育的办学机构.

| Abstract: | The 2009 Advanced Study and Research Seminar for TVU Presidents was held in Hong Kong University from March 25th to 27th. The following issues were discussed:opportunities and countermeasures of continuous education in the global financial crisis,international views of the management and reform of higher education, development and trends of international distance education,concepts and practice of international online education, the quality assurance mechanism of Hong Kong's continuous education, concepts and practice of Hong Kong's continuous education, Hong Kong's vocational education and training. Academic study and research are combined with field investigation of Hong Kong's institutes of continuous education, distance education and vocational education. |
