| 摘 要： | 培养创新型人才是高等教育在教学实施中的主要目标。本文以广东技术师范学院计算机系《嵌入式系统设计》实训课程教学为背景，以培养学生创新能力为导向，在精讲多练的教学模式中对创新型人才培养进行了探索与实践。在实际的教学中取得了良好的效果，提高了实训课程的教学质量，取得了较好的成绩，达到了培养本科创新型人才的要求。
