| 摘 要： | 在市场经济中 ,竞争的法则就是优胜劣汰 ,竞争客观上为企业提供了资产重组的可能性。市场机制就是优化资源配置 ,资产重组的结果必将引起生产设备、资金、劳动力等生产要素在社会范围的重新配置、优化重组。资产重组最有效的途径就是证券市场 ,我国上市公司的资产重组树立了一些成功的范例 ,不少经验教训可以为企业资产重组的大规模开展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In market oriented eonomy, survival of the fittest is the law of competition and competition objectively makes possible enterprise's assets regrouping. This regrouping will certainly result in redisposition of production so as to attain optimization of regrouping. And to regroup assets, the most effective way is through stock market. Some of the experience provided by the corporations on sale in successfully regrouping assets can be drawn during large scale enterprise's assets regrouping. |
