| 摘 要： | 高等学校在经济转轨、知识转型的时代背景下,在高等教育发展百舸争流的形势下,要想使自身办学水平不断提高、争创一流,就必须走科学化、个性化的办学和管理之路。本文结合高校办学实际,以学校行政管理为切入点,提出了高校个性化管理的理念和措施。

| Abstract: | Against the times background of the market economy and knowledge transform, and with the thriving development of higher education, colleges and universities must take a scientific and individual road to run and manage themselves, and only by doing so can they get to the top rank schools. This article, going deep into school administration, combines school-running practice of individual management to put forward the ideas and measures of individual management for colleges and universities. |
