Details Determine Success Or Failure——To Improve The Effectiveness Of College Physical Education Studies

Through the literature, methods such as logical reasoning, on the current model of the effectiveness of physical education curriculum analysis, this paper explores how to improve the effectiveness of physical education to build up student’s health. The author proposes that people should adopt correct attitude toward students’ interest in health and physical details, and through theory and practice to cultivate students’ interest; through advantage of school physical education to cultivate their interest; for students and teachers must be clear indicators of the assessment to enhance the physical health so as to enhance the effectiveness of physical education.
