简论魏晋南北朝时期重农政策的继承与发展

承接秦汉，在魏晋南北朝时期，统治者多强调和倡导重农。为缓解土地兼并，他们高度重视土地制度的改革，先后推行屯田制、占田制和均田制，以保障重农政策的实施。同时还积极劝课农桑，奖励耕织，赈济灾荒，大力兴修水利，努力提高和推广农业科技，使重农政策取得了明显成效，并留下不少可资借鉴的经验和教训。
