| 摘 要： | 企业知识管理已成为当前管理科学界中一个深受关注的研究领域。在此，对知识管理的相关理论进行论述，对企业知识的内涵及层次结构进行分析，并探讨企业本体在企业知识管理中的应用，最后提出企业知识过程管理模型，为研究企业知识管理体系以及开发企业知识管理系统打下基础。

| Abstract: | It is known that knowledge is becoming an indispensable resource for the sustainable development of modern enterprises. Knowledge management (KM) is an emerging discipline with many ideas yet to be tested,many issues yet to be resolved,and much learning yet to be discovered. It surveys the existing literatures,gives an overview of cureent state of progress in KM,and analyses the application of enterprise ontology to KM. Based on these work,it discusses the meaning of enterprise knowledge,puts forward its hierarchical structure and a management process model. |
