| 摘 要： | 在运用“案例分析”教学法进行大学法律基础教学过程中，存在着过多追求案例的真实性而远离特定学生的现实理论基础，注重案例而忽视理论学习以及案例教材缺乏的现状；针对这种情况，笔者认为应从三个方面着手解决，以使“案例分析”教学法得以更好地运用，从而实现大学法律基础课教学的根本目的。

| Abstract: | The paper has pointed out the problems existed in the process of practising case analysis teaching method. Too much pursing the reality of the cases and ignoring students' particular theoretical basis, too much focusing on the cases themselves instead of theories and the lack of case analysis materials altogether lead to the problems. The author believes the realization of the untimate aim of the course should be based on the solution to the problems. |
