| Abstract: | It is vital to deal with distribution of funds in higher vocational colleges, because most vocational technical colleges are special educational organizations, which are supported by the policy of our government but get funds mainly by themselves. The basis of the distribution of funds include: the existence and development of the higher professional colleges, the survival and development of the staff, the available distribution resources, and the ideas and sense of the staff and so on. |
