| 摘 要： | 为使体育院系武术套路教学的准备活动系统化、科学化，根据武术套路教学实践，采用献资料、专家访谈、逻辑推理等研究方法，阐述准备活动的定位、框架结构的设想以及所应注意的问题，并着重对其各部分进行可操作性的论证。

| Abstract: | In order to make the warming -up exercise of teaching Wushu routines systematical and scientific at the institutes of physical education, some issues are explained which include some tentative ideas on framework, the position of warming-up exercise and some matters needing attention with the stress laid on the discussion of the practical use of each part in the light of the teaching practice of Wushu routines and by the methods of literature, interviews with experts and logical reasoning. |
