国际舆论在国际交往中起着至关重要的作用。进一步加强和改进国际舆论引导，提高国际舆论引导能力，是增强国家软实力，抵制资本主义文化霸权，树立良好的国家形象以及维护国家安全的需要。加大政府信息公开力度，改进对外报道，完善和规范对外国记者的管理和服务，加强对互联网等新媒体的监管等，是新形势下提高国际舆论引导能力的重要途径。

On the Guiding of International Public Opinions in the Present Situation

International public opinions play a very important role in international communications.It is quite necessary for us to strengthen the guiding of international public opinions and to raise the guiding ability.Only by doing that can we increase the soft strength of our nation,resist the capitalist hegemony and at the same time build up good nation image and guarantee the security of our nation.In the present situation,we should make the government information mechanism more open,improve the reporting way,properly manage the issue of foreign reporters and strengthen the surveillance of the Internet.
