| 摘 要： | 经济全球化必将对我国的政治思想、文化教育、历史传统、意识形态带来影响和冲击，高校党建工作面临着新的挑战，高校党组织要以与时俱进的精神，引导党员正确理解和把握经济全球化的本质，增强党组织的凝聚力，加快党建工作现代化进程，开创全球化背景下高等学校党建工作的新局面。

| Abstract: | Economic globalization will inevitably impose great impact on our political ideas, cultural education, historical tradition and ideology. The CPC organization work in colleges is faced with new challenges. Guided by the spirit of advancing with the times, university Party organizations should make Party members to correctly understand and grasp the essence of economic globalization so as to increase the cohesive force of our Party, quicken the modernization of the Party building and open up a new situation for Party construction work in the trend of globalization. |
