伊犁河流域水资源开发利用问题研究

通过分析伊犁河流域水资源的利用现状,发现目前该流域水资源开发利用中存在着水质检测和灾害防御能力欠缺、水域局部污染严重以及水资源供需矛盾突出等问题,这些问题不仅影响着伊犁河流域生态环境的良性发展,也制约了伊犁地区的农业发展;针对这些主要问题提出了几点建议:应该重视流域环境保护、加强水利设施的基本建设、提高水利专业人员的技术水平以及确立并完善伊犁河流域水资源管理体系,以期为该流域水资源开发利用走可持续道路起到抛砖引玉的作用。

Preliminary Study on Water Resources Development and Utilization Problem in Yili River Basin

This paper expounded utilization realistic condition of water resources in Yili river basin,it pointed out the main problems of water resources development and utilization status,such as it is short of ability which the water quality examination and the defense to harm abilities,the river water of partial basin pollution is serious and the water resources supply and demand contradictory is prominent and so on,These problems have not merely influenced the sustainable development of the ecological environment of Yili river basin,but also restricted the agricultural development of Yili state.Then put forward several proposals in view of these main questions: firstly we should take the basin environmental protection;secondly we should strengthen the capital construction of water conservancy facilities;thirdly we should rise the water conservation specialist's technical level and the lastly we should establish and consummates the Yili River basin water resource management system.Through above measures in order to play role which use the little to get the big toward this basin water resources was sustainable develops.
