| 摘 要： | 近年来，高校突发公共危机事件层出不穷，使其在管理方面面临极大的挑战，如何从维护高校的稳定发展的角度出发，理解建立预警信息系统在公共危机管理方面的重要地位，客观分析预警信息系统缺失的现状及问题，明确危机预警的管理原则，合理提出构建预警信息体系具有深远的意义。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the colleges and universities usually break out the unexpected public crisis events, which make the univer- sities face with extremely large challenge in managing aspect. How to maintain the colleges and universities＇ stable development, and understand the important status of the early warning information system in the management of public crisis, this paper makes the objective analysis about current situation and problems, making clear the management principles of crisis warning. The establishment of early warning information system is of far-reaching significance. |
