| 摘 要： | 企业如何开展电子商务,一个关键的问题是要选择一种合适的电子商务模式。本文在对国内外各种电子商务模式的相关研究进行分析的基础上,结合对我国进出口公司的现状及发展趋势进行调研分析的结果,提出了一种适合我国进出口公司的分阶段电子商务发展模式。

| Abstract: | How should an enterprise implement e-business﹖ One of the key aspects the enterprise must consider is that it must choose a suitable e-business model. Based on the analysis of various domestic and foreign studies on e-business model, and with the investigation results and analysis of current status and developing trend of the imports and exports companies of our country, this paper proposes suitable phase based e-business model for these companies. |
