| 摘 要： | 高校扩招之后，高职生成为一个庞大的特殊群体，他们给高职院校学生教育和管理工作带来了难度。本文在从多层面调查的基础上，分析了高职生目前的思想、政治状况，为今后如何面对这样一个特殊的群体，有的放矢的开展教育管理工作提出了对策。

| Abstract: | After colleges and universities expand enrollment scale,higher vocational students become a huge special group,they bring difficulties to the education and management of higher vocational students.The article analyzes the present thought and political situation of higher vocational students on the basis of multifaceted investigation,puts forwards to countermeasures of how to face this kind of special group and carry out the work of education and management purposely in future. |
