| 摘 要： | 图书馆的建筑、装修风格、服务方式等诸元素能够带给读者不同的心理感受,这些元素大概可以分为:视觉感受和人文风格,前者是从图书馆建筑、装修风格的角度来看的,后者主要指其服务理念以及由此体现出的服务风格,包括服务流程、工作人员态度等方面,很多时候也通过建筑和装修风格展现出来。

| Abstract: | Library buildings, decoration styles, and library service patterns would bring readers different mentality feelings. These elements can be divided into two: visual experience and cultural style. The former refers to the readers' experience about the library buildings and decoration styles, while the latter mainly refers to the library services, including service processes, staff attitude, and so on. |
