以职业生涯规划为主线的体育院校大学生就业指导体系研究

伴随着我国高校全面扩招和大学生就业制度改革的深入推进,高等教育由"精英教育"向"大众化教育"发展,面对越来越市场化的就业机制,大学生就业面临前所未有的挑战,学生暴露出学业、职业缺乏规划、就业期望值过高、就业竞争力弱等问题。基于以上因素,文章探究了新的就业指导体系,突出了职业生涯规划的重要作用,构建以提升学生核心竞争力为目标、以职业生涯规划为主线的就业指导体系,设计大一到大四的分阶段指导的重点内容,指导学生进行自我认知和对工作环境的认知,帮助合理定位,树立职业目标,及早为就业做准备。
