人本主义心理观对教师的启示

摘    要:本世纪50年代末和60年代初兴起于美国的人本主义心理学,不仅提出了丰富的学习论点,而且也形成了自己独具风格的学习理论,以罗杰斯(Rogers)为代表人物的人本主义学习理论突出了以人为本的理念,重视学生在学习过程中的主动性和自主性,强调学习中师生关系的重要性,这对于当前教师教学具有积极的指导意义和启示.

Abstract:Humanistic psychology,which emerged in the late 1950s and early 1960s in the United States, not only advances abundant learningviews, but also formes the particular learning theory. Carl Rogers is a representative person. The learning theory of Humanistic gives prominence to the human, attaches importance to students' initiative and self-determination in learning process,emphasizes the importance of relationships between students and teachers. This brings valuable instruction and inspiration to teachers' teaching.
