| Abstract: | Pumpkin is a kind of natural health-care food with great potential to develop. It can function to decrease blood glucose,decreas blood lipid,detoxicate,protect eyesight etc. This paper described the nutritional and health-care value of pumpkin, introduced several methods of pumpkin comprehensive development, which helps people better understand and make full use of pumpkin. |
