| 摘 要： | 域名是一种用于互联网上识别和定位计算机的地址系统。域名与商标既有密切的联系,又有显著的区别。域名与商标的冲突频繁发生,在分析我国解决域名与商标冲突的法律现状的基础上,提出了几点改进和完善域名法律保护的建议。

| Abstract: | The domain name is a kind of address system that is used for Internet's identifying and positioning.There is close contact and appreciable differentiation between the domain name and the trademark.the conflict between domain name and trademark occurs frequently.After the article analysed the present law situation of the legal protection of domain name and trademark,the author gived several suggestion to improve and complete the law protection of the domain name. |
