营造多媒体播存网格环境 扩展农村数字化学习空间

互联网的数字鸿沟给教育公平带来严峻挑战。天津广播电视大学在推进本地区农村终身教育中，依据中国科学家提出的信息工程创新理念，营造了基于播存网格的实验环境，利用多媒体无线广播技术和数字存贮技术，延伸互联网的覆盖、展宽信息传输的途径、增加多种学习终端的适应性，为有线信息网尚未覆盖或带宽有限的地区提供了建设快、成本低的信息传输通道和教育资源供给，拓展了数字化学习空间，也为发展中国家推进远程教育的开放和普及提供了案例。

Constructing Multimedia Broadcast-store Grid Environment and Expanding E-learning Space in the Village

The digital divide of Internet created severe challenge to the fairness in education. According to the creative principle of Information Engineering that is put forward by Chinese scientist, based on broadcast-store grid technology, Tianjin Radio and TV University constructed an experiment environment while introducing lifelong education system to local rural areas. It makes use of the multimedia wireless broadcasting technique and digital storage technique, extends overlay of Internet, widens path of information transmission, increases adaptability of various E-learning terminals. And it Provides passage of information transmission and supples education resources that construct quick and cost low, expanded E-learning space for poor areas with no or limited wired network connection. The preliminary success of TJRTVU in this fidd is a good example for developing countries （regions） to introduce and spread distance education.
