| 摘 要： | 蛋白质组学以蛋白质组为研究对象，从整体蛋白质水平上更加深入、更加贴近生命本质的层次上去探索生命活动的规律以及重要的生理和病理等现象。文章对蛋白质组学的研究策略、范畴、主要研究内容和技术、蛋白质组信息学以及蛋白质组学发展趋势进行了介绍。
