区域产业协同视角下广深人工智能产业发展研究

摘    要:为强化广深两地人工智能产业“双城”联动,引领带动粤港澳大湾区实现区域协同发展,本文基于区域产业协同理论,经综合分析两地该产业创新平台、企业、专利等相关数据,得出广深人工智能产业协同发展存在两地专利合作量较低,专利合作意愿下降,产学研协同创新较少,应用场景及数据中心共建共享有待深化等短板,通过深入分析制约该产业两地协同的主要因素,本文从战略协同、创新链协作、产业链耦合、应用场景共建共享等四方面提出了完善广深人工智能产业生态体系的对策及建议。

Analysis on the development of Guangzhou-Shenzhen artificial intelligence industry from the perspective of regional industry synergy
Abstract:The artificial intelligence industry is the highest priority in the frontier science and technology field of the national 14th five-year plan and an important support for the metaverse industry, it is also an advantageous strategy emerging industry of the Greater Bay Area and Guangzhou-Shenzhen district. The artificial intelligence industry will become a significant entry point for Guangzhou-Shenzhen "dual-core linkage". As an artificial intelligence industry innovation platform in the province, Guangzhou-Shenzhen highly concentrates with abundant industrial scientific research resources, obvious/apparent echeloning of innovative enterprises, rapid growth of invention patents, and rich application scenarios. The two cities are located respectively at the national artificial intelligence city TOP 10, they have innate advantages and strong motivation for cooperation. This paper is based on a comprehensive analysis of the current situation, characteristics, current policies and existing shortcomings from artificial intelligence development of Guangzhou and Shenzhen and put forward suggestions in order to promoting continuous improvement for the construction of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen artificial intelligence industry ecosystem by policy coordination, scientific-research cooperation, industrial complementarity, and application scenario co-construction and more.
