战略生态位管理视角下我国专利运营机制优化研究

基于战略生态位管理(SNM)理论将专利运营的重心前移,从技术生态位、市场生态位和范式生态位三个阶段指导专利运营机制优化路径,按照技术选择、实验选择、实验建立、实验扩大和保护撤离五大关键要素构建专利运营管理模型。本研究详细阐述战略生态位管理理论引入专利运营研究的合宜性,提出战略生态位管理为专利运营提供试验温床的保护功能,分别为专利运营提供庇护、培育和赋权。本研究的创新之处在于,建立战略生态位管理思想指导专利运营全流程模型和实施步骤,为专利技术商业化跨越“死亡之谷”提供了新的视角和方法。

A Study on Mechanism of Optimizing Patent Operation from the perspective of Strategic Niche Management

Based on the theory of Strategic Niche Management (SNM), the focus of patent operation is shifted forward, and the optimization path of patent operation mechanism is guided from three stages: Technology-niche, Market-niche and Paradigm-niche, and the whole-process patent operation management model is constructed according to five key elements: technology selection, experiment selection, experiment establishment, experiment expansion and protection withdrawal. This study elaborates the appropriateness of introducing SNM theory into patent operation research, and proposes that SNM provides the protection function of an experimental hotbed for patent operation, providing shelter, cultivation and empowerment for patent operation respectively. The innovation points of this study are the formulation of the whole process model and implementation steps of patent operation based on strategic niche management, which provides a new perspective and method for overcoming Valley of Death.
