| 摘 要： | API 20E细菌鉴定系统(API 20E System)采用多个生物化学指标和数据库对肠杆菌科和其它革兰氏阴性杆菌进行鉴定。从环境中分离到的细菌经革兰氏染色和氧化酶试验后,若均呈阴性结果,就可选用API 20E细菌鉴定系统鉴定细菌。将本方法应用于学生教学实验,使学生的能力得到提高,取得很好的效果。

| Abstract: | API 20E system is a standardized system for enterobacteriaceae and other Gram-negative rods which uses the miniaturized biochemical tests and a database.The bacterium strain,which is isolated from the environment,can be identified by this system if its Gram and oxidase are negative.To apply this system to the experiment is very effective to the improvement of students' ability. |
