| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员队伍是当代高校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,是大学生健康成长的引路人,培养心理健康的辅导员是历史发展的必然要求。通过对辅导员心理健康的内涵及标准进行梳理,找出新时期影响高校辅导员心理健康的因素,并提出建设高校辅导员心理健康的策略。

| Abstract: | College counselor team is one important part of contemporary university working staff,who are the guides in students’ healthy growth. The cultivating of counselors is the inevitable requirement of history development. By analyzing the connotation and stan？dard of mental health of counselors,the paper indicates the factors influencing the psychological health of college counselors in the new pe？riod,and puts forward the strategies. |
