摘    要:在职教师培训中的"跟踪指导,实践转化"问题一直是困扰教师培训的一个重要问题,实践转化不好,不仅降低了培训效果,而且严重影响了教师参与培训的积极性与专业发展的内驱力。研究教师培训中"跟踪指导,实践转化"问题,让每位教师都能将培训内容落实在自己的教育教学实践中是突破培训瓶颈、提高培训实践效益的有效途径。

Abstract:The problem of "tracking guidance,transformation through practice" has always been an important problem bothering teacher training.If transformation doesn’t work,training effect will be affected and teachers’ enthusiasm and professional development drive will be damped.Studying this problem to let each teacher put training content into effectual use is an effective way to break through bottleneck and improve training efficiency.
