网络教育与学习型社会的构建

学习型社会是全面建设小康社会重要目标之一。构建学习型社会迫切要求我们对现有的教育资源进行整合和深度开发，提升教育资源的利用率，建立起开放、灵活、发展、完备的终身教育体系，为社会的每一个成员、家庭、组织提供多次受教育的机会和多层次、多样化的教育服务。传统教育模式无法适应这些要求。而网络与教育的结合，则能极大满足学习型社会的诸种需求。网络学习代表着未来学习的基本模式，这种模式顺应了知识经济社会中数字化生存的趋势，是构建学习型社会的重要途径。网络教育虽然相对传统教育具有许多独特优势，但网络教育不会替代传统教育，二者是有益的共存与互补关系。网络教育不仅仅是对我国现有教育资源不足的一种补充，它更应该是我们构建学习型社会的教育战略，网络教育要充分发挥其对构建学习型社会的重要作用，也必须与时俱进，不断推进教育创新。

On the Formation of Education through Network and Learning-Style Society

Forming a learning-style society is one of important goals in building a well-off society. To form a learning-style society needs us urgently to sort out the existing educational resources and explore them deeply, to promote the usage of them, it also needs us to build up a educational system for the whole life in a open,flexible developing, and perfect degree, to offer a various, and different educational service to any member, family and organization in the society. The traditional education system has no way to meet all these needs. The combination of network and education can meet the needs of the majority in the learning-style society. Learning through the network represents the basic learning mode in future, which conform with the tendency of digital living in the intellectual economical society, and which is an important way in this field. Though the education through network has its strong points in characteristics,it can not replace the traditional education yet. They have a relationship of useful co-existing and making up each other. So we think that education through the network is not only a making-up for the shortage of our country's existing educational resources, it should also be the educational tactic to build the learning-style society. In order to make full use of education through the network, it must advance with the time and make innovation in education increasingly.
