| 摘 要： | 文章科学地辨析了党政信访工作与行政复议、涉法涉诉、纪检监察和劳动仲裁等类型信访工作的异同,厘清了他们之间的关系,对这几种类型的信访,党政信访部门不是无能为力,而是要依法依规有针对性地进行疏导、分流、交办和转办,从而达到更有效地帮助群众解决他们信访问题的目的。
