高校辅导员绩效考核方法探究

摘    要:辅导员的工作质量直接关系着高校学生工作的稳定性和大学生的身心发展,对高校辅导员进行有效的绩效考核尤为重要。通过各种绩效考核方法的对比评价后,结合具体高校的绩效考核工作,论证了两种考核方法在现实中的结合使用,达到了绩效考核的预期效果。

Abstract:Counselors’ work quality directly affects the stability of students’ work in colleges and their body and mind development.It is important for counselors to take the effective performance evaluation.This paper,through the contrasting evaluation of avariety of performance appraisal methods,and combining with the specific college performance appraisal work,prove the combined use of these two appraisal methods,achieving the expected effect for appraisal.
