摘    要:顶岗实习与教育实习存在着很大的不同,在承担教育任务、服务范围及其消息效果等方面有一定的差异。顶岗实习是以教育史、实践论、构建主义学习理论及教师专业化发展作为理论依据的。顶岗实习是当前高师院校教学改革的重要举措。文章主要对顶岗实习的诸多优势及其问题进行了分析,并提出了自身诸多的意见,希望能够产生积极的影响。

Abstract:There are marked differences between post-displaced internship and educational internship from the aspects of educational tasks,service range and effects.Post-displaced internship is based on the History of Education,Practice Theory,Constructional Learning Theory and Teachers’ Professional Development.Post-displaced internship is an important measure of teaching reformations in the modern higher educaton.This essay mainly analyses the advantages and problems of the post-displaced internship.The author also puts forward his personal opinions,hoping to bring about active influences.
