摘    要:社会公民所需要的优秀教育资源相对来说是稀缺资源,造成了择校风严重。推进基础教育均衡发展,是社会主义制度的本质体现和贯彻落实科学发展观的具体体现,是构建和谐社会的现实需要,也是全面贯彻党的教育方针、实施素质教育的必然要求。运用现代教育技术手段,可以充分的共享优秀的师资资源和教学资源,是推动基础教育均衡发展的有效手段。通过在我市开展现代教育技术实践活动,来探讨有效促进基础教育均衡发展的方法和途径。

On the Use of Modern Educational Technology to Promote the Balanced Development of Basic Education --Nanchang as an Example

Abstract:The excellent educational resources that social citizen require are relatively rare ones,which have caused a serious situation of choosing schools.Promoting the balanced development of basic education is the natural reflection of socialist systems,the specific embodiment to carry out and implement scientific concept of development,the real requirement to build a harmony society and the indispensable reqirement to comprehensively implement Party’s education policy and conduct quality education.Through the use of modern educational technology approach,we can fully share the resources of excellent teachers and teaching,which is the effective means to promote the balanced development of basic education.In order to study the ways of effectively promoting balanced development of basic education,a practical activity for modern educational technology has been launched in Nanchang city.
