游戏教育校企合作模式的研究与实践——以南昌航空大学游戏方向教学为案例

文章以个案来分析游戏教育校企合作模式。这种合作模式,企业可从学校毕业生中选择优秀毕业生,解决游戏行业的人才紧缺的问题,学校成为企业人才的储备库;学校系部可以通过企业了解企业对人才的需求状况,从而修订出符合市场需求的人才培养方案以及科学有效的课程体系;学校可以借助企业人才的优势,解决暂时性的师资不足问题,并培养自己的游戏专业师资队伍。游戏教育这种校企合作模式是一种双赢方式,值得推广应用。

The Research and Practice of Educational Game about School-enterprise Cooperation Game Model

In this paper,Based on the case analysis of the game model of school-enterprise cooperation education.This model of cooperation,enterprises can choose excellent graduates from the school graduates,solving the game industry will scarce a pressing matter of the moment and the school became the enterprise talent reserve;the school can be achieved by enterprises to understand the enterprise to talented person’s need,thus revised in line with market demand of the talent training plan and effective curriculum;the school can help enterprises talent advantage solving the temporary shortage of teachers,and with their own game of professional teachers.Game education this model of school-enterprise cooperation is a win-win way,it is worthy of popularization and application.
