| 摘 要： | 在硅胶高效薄层色谱板上,采用双波长薄层扫描法同时测定了葛根中葛根素和大豆甙元的含量。该法快速简便,重现性好,板间误差小,方法可靠;葛根素平均回收率为99.84%,变异系数为1.18%;大豆甙元平均回收率为99.86%,变异系数为1.23%。

Through sample scanning, stabilityinvestigation and recoverytests. it was tound that the suggested method was precise and accurate, and the results of determination rekiable. |
