| 摘 要： | 追溯世界职业教育发展的历史可以发现，职业教育起着解决社会矛盾、维护社会稳定的重要作用；职业教育是面向人民群众，推进教育普及、教育公平的重要途径；发展职业教育是促进就业，保持社会稳定的重要举措。为此，发展职业教育成为构建社会主义和谐社会的现实吁求。 |
