| 摘 要： | “中国式过马路”现象反映了当今中国城市交通中的人车矛盾.它的存在既有客观原因,也有主观原因,是管理者管理理念的滞后,也是公民道德素养和法律意识淡薄的一个缩影.通过提升公民的道德素质、加强法治建设以及科学规划道路交通等途径,期待能从根源上杜绝这种“中国式”的不文明现象.

| Abstract: | The Chinese iorm ot crossing , reflects the traffic contradiction between pedestrians and vehicles. It not only has the objective reason, the subjective reason, lag management concept, but also has an epitome of citizen moralRy and legal conscious- ness. Through promoting citizen moral quality, strengthening the rule of law and planning the scientific transportation road, g the uncivilized phenomenon to the Chinese form of crossing roads would be solved. |
