| 摘 要： | 文章对情绪智力的概念、理论及国内外发展概况做以综述,分析了情绪智力对学生成长的影响及对心理健康的意义,论证了目前学生情绪智力水平低下的原因,并提出了切实可行的培养办法。对发展学生的情绪智力、全面提高学生的心理健康水平有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | For completely raising the level of teenagers' mental healthy,authors summarize conception,theories and development of emotional intelligence,analyze the influences that the emotion intelligence effects teenager's growing up and creative ability,demonstrate the reasons for the teenager's low level of emotional intelligence,and bring forward capable methods by which we could upgrade this level. |
