高师生教师职业技能的现状与对策探究

摘    要:师范院校学生的职业技能包括语言文字、教学工作和班主任工作等几个层面,从实习过程来看,很多学生的职业技能远不能达到所要求的标准.要想改变目前的现实情况,首先就要更新观念,正确认识师范教育的特点.加强针对师范生职业技能训练的力度;其次,改进和完善课程设置,加强职业技能师资力量及物质配备;第三,建立科学合理的训练和评价机制,提高师范生教师职业技能水平.

Abstract:The professional skills of higher normal school students include language and word,teaching and headmaster abilities,while in real teaching practice,many students have not met the requirements.To improve the situation, we must update teaching ideas,better understand the characteristics of normal education and intensify the training of higher normal school students’ professional skills firstly) secondly,improve and complete the courses and reinforce the teaching staff and materials;and thirdly,set up scientific and reasonable training and evaluation mechanism.
